In line with the diligent efforts of the High Committee of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club (REHC), chaired by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to establish partnerships and investments with various national companies and institutions, in line with the developmental steps witnessed by Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, a memorandum of understanding for an investment partnership was signed between Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club (REHC) and Amriya Group in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This memorandum entails the investment and management of Masso Restaurant as one of the Club’s projects.

The memorandum of understanding was signed by Mr. Khalid Al Rumaihi, Executive Chairman of Amriya Group and Mr. Yusuf Osama Buheji, CEO of REHC.

 

With this occasion, Mr. Khalid Al Rumaihi, Executive Chairman of Amriya Group, confirmed that signing the memorandum reflects the Group’s interest and desire to contribute to supporting the equestrian and horse racing sector, which is witnessing significant development locally and internationally thanks to the efforts made by the High Committee of the REHC chaired by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. The reason that motivates us to contribute to supporting these efforts, which have positioned the Kingdom of Bahrain in a distinguished position on the international map, is our commitment to providing a spectacular new venue in the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club which will provide the exceptional menu and service that Masso is known for since its inception 13 years ago. This will contribute to the success of the local and international horse racing championships and races hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Furthermore, Mr. Yusuf Osama Buheji conveyed his gratitude and appreciation to the management of Amriya Group for their support that will contribute to starting new projects and partnerships with the REHC.

 

Subsequently, Mr. Yusuf Osama Buheji, CEO of REHC, affirmed that signing this memorandum follows the Club’s strategy that aims to enhance economic opportunities by providing new investment opportunities, which contribute to supporting the efforts made to develop the infrastructure, logistics and facilities of the Club in line with the progress of various development projects of the Club’s facilities, contributing to the implementation of plans aimed at advancing the horseracing sport in the Kingdom of Bahrain. In addition, this indicates the Club’s keen interest to continue efforts in signing such investment agreements in all fields amid hosting multiple international championships and races, making the Kingdom of Bahrain a destination that attracts many interested international visitors, followers and enthusiasts of horseracing from all over the world.
